The institution has assembled qualified and competent academic and non academic staff drawn from top class universities across the country to stir her affairs, and has put in place staff development plan to keep pace with the developing society. 20% of the academic staff will be professors and doctors that are indigenes of Owo Town which have volunteered themselves for selfless service in development of the proposed University. The project is technically feasible,viable and we will employ modern learning technologies to improve academic excellence. The location is accessible and well positioned, offering opportunities for expansion as a result of large land area of over 140 hectares. Our comprehensive education and other services (research work, production of herbal medicine, Secondary and A-level School, University farm etc) will drive the student population and place us ahead of other universities around and beyond our location.

We offer graduate certificate in BSC, BSS and BA after four years of teaching and research in the desired field. Our students will be exposed to academic resources and research methods, as well as hands-on learning experiences using the latest technology. Our professors and doctors create an environment that helps students develop the ability to think critically, safely, and ethically using research.
