To open a new document in CorelDRAW, you click on the + sign which signifies crate new document or you press ctrl + N.In creating a new document you follow the steps below:
Name: write the name you desire to save your work or design with
Preset: It is normally in custom
Number of pages: Insert the number of pages you want to work with
Page view: This has to do with how you want your pages to be viewed. We have the single page view( you view pages one after the other)and multiple page view ( you view pages at once)
The Primary colour mode: We have the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) and RGB (Red, Green and Blue) colours. CMYK are used for print design while RGB colours are used for screen design
: We have different types of page sizes.
We have custom, A1 to A6 papers, business cards etc.Width, height and inches: You have to measure what you want of design and then insert the measurement to the provided column
Page orientation : This means how you want your pages to appear either
portrait or Landscape Revolution: In setting your revolution you have to set it to the highest so that when printed it will appear clear
